Victoria's Baby Shower (LATE POST)

Hey my fellow blogger friends! It has been a minute and a half since I've been on here. The month of June has been a crazy busy, fun-filled, HOT, and adventurous month with plenty of changes and new and exciting things happening. I've been meaning to update but a new order would pop up, new painting ideas would be written out, adventures would roll my way, birthdays and new births to be celebrated, and of course all of the yard/garden work to be done. However, I have loved every crazy minute of it. Well, minus the fact that I have been waiting for Autumn to happen upon us ever since Valentines Day. (:-P) Anyhow, I finally took a break from watering the rosebushes, adding epsom salt/water solutions to the yellowing patches of grass on our lawn, hanging with babies, and all that jazz to FINALLY post pictures of my sister's baby shower. I still have a bunch of Father's Day pictures to post. UGH.

After day two of awesome, family filled festivities, I was exhausted and trying my hardest not to explode (view above). The details were so perfect, the food was so good, and the laughter and tears were never ending. Being able to (finally) spend time with my family after almost three years was one of the best things I could have ever asked for. Reconnecting, rejuvenating, really finding myself all over again. Taking time off and letting go of negativity, and people who didn't belong in my life has been a wonderfully cathartic experience. Now onto art, gardening, family, and adventures... here's to you June, you've been good to me.
