"It is said that time heals all wounds. I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting it's sanity, covers them with scar tissue, and the pain lessens, but is never gone." - Rose Kennedy

Hello February!
Whew I feel like so much has happened in such a short little time! My birthday was really good, I got the deluxe suite at work for my birthday and I really enjoyed my time in the jacuzzi. I finally used my lavender bath salts, and my aroma therapy milk bath I've been wanting to use again, and let me tell you, I slept so good that night! On Sunday, we watched the game at Robs and Staceys house and I was so disappointed. It's not the fact that the Patriots won, it's the fact that we handed the game over on a silver platter. When Kearse made that 33 yard catch while on his back, I thought for sure this was a sign that we were going to win. Even when we were at the one yard line! I just can't believe we lost. At the last second. The one yard line. Oh well, it was a really good game.
Waiting for Maria

Butthurt and heartbroken after the game
All in all, congrats to the Patriots! It was a good game. This entire week however has been nothing but homework. I usually study for 5-6 hours while I'm at work and currently have four boxes of notecards to memorize. Eep! It's been a little stressful and I've been having trouble sleeping, and when I do sleep I dream in Spanish! No joke I am not even lying! It's happened three times already. I guess that means I'm learning, right? Brian recently asked me if I ever get headaches, and I replied to him that I never get them. I can't remember the last time I had one. Well, every single day since then, I've had a headache. Every. Single. Day. Never say never, eh? But lucky me, I went to physical therapy, (and I have Rebecca Fleming and I really really like her) and she had me lie on my back and she did some stretching and poking around my neck, and held my head in a few different positions, and tell you what. My headache was gone instantly! So maybe it was just my screwed up neck. I really like PT. Anyhow, I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend. See you soon!
PS. here are some pictures of when I was a little shmuck. Just a B-day throwback ;)
Yes, I looked like a boy. Shut it.
I totally remember Nick taking this! I miss those days :(
Nick took this one too while the construction of our veranda was going on.. Those trees in the backyard tower over our house now. They look so wittle here.
Man, those glasses.
